1. Amendment of the Statute

The World Conference unanimously adopted amendments to the last valid version of the Statute (4th amendment).

2. Establishment of a Regional Conference Middle East

A Regional Conference Middle East is established and a Regional Coordinator will be elected at the Conference. Cooperation with the Continental Coordinations is regulated flexibly.

3. Consciousness-raising work

ICOR reaffirms the decision of the 4th World Conference to intensify worldwide consciousness-raising about imperialism and the changes in the imperialist world system in connection with the struggle against fascism. In view of the growing and already acute danger of fascism worldwide, educational and training work, the mass struggle over the mode of thinking, will be extended to include education about fascism, its roots in the capitalist and imperialist system, the strategy and tactics of the struggle against fascism, the united front and the destruction of the roots of fascism under socialism and communism.

4. Exchange of experience about work in large industrial enterprises and trade unions

ICOR finds suitable ways for an exchange of experience about the work among the working class, especially in large industrial enterprises and trade unions.

5. ICOR youth work

Support for the work of ICOR by having delegates/observers from revolutionary youth organizations participate in the Conference.

6. Publicizing ICOR and winning new members

We publicize ICOR more broadly through social media including a written presentation.

Each ICOR organization should search for other revolutionary organizations and groups in their country/region and write to them to win them over to our tasks.

7. Resolution on unbreakable solidarity with the Palestinian liberation struggle

The 5th ICOR World Conference resolves

1. to intensify unbreakable, collective, global solidarity with the Palestinian liberation struggle against the genocide of the Palestinian people at the hands of the Zionist, imperialist apartheid regime in Israel – until victory is won.

2. In particular, we call on the comrades in the imperialist countries of the main supporters of Israel, such as the USA or the EU, to realize broad alliances and movements to stop all arms deliveries, military aid and diplomatic relations. At important junctures of the negotiations at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, the ICOR organizations are called upon to participate with delegations and publicize the positions of ICOR.

3. In addition to solidarity strikes, demonstrations and rallies, we call for a series of political-cultural events “Freedom for Palestine”, which, in addition to the political goals, promotes cultural brotherhood and sisterhood and opens up financial resources for the solidarity movement and ICOR. We stand ready against repression of these events and will not bow to it.

4. We intensify direct humanitarian aid in the context of the donation movement “Gaza shall live” and change the recipients of the funds from the humanitarian and politically honest NGO directly to the Palestinian self-organization of health care in the Gaza Strip and the mediation by our Palestinian friends.

5. Besides being direct financial and humanitarian aid, this is linked to confidence building for the construction or reconstruction of a hospital. We start immediately with preparing, planning and mobilizing for this. At the appropriate time, we will launch a fundraising campaign with a large solidarity event.

6. We strive for joint actions of the democratic, secular and revolutionary movement in the liberation struggle, so that this direction will have a stronger profile in the future. In doing so, we will join forces with all like-minded forces in the national liberation struggle.

7. The ICOR plans a continuous process of sustained discussion and clarification of the contradictions regarding the revolutionary strategy and tactics of the Palestinian liberation struggle with a proletarian culture of debate.

8. Week of solidarity with the Palestinian liberation struggle

ICOR organizes a week of solidarity with the Palestinian liberation struggle from 1 to 7 October 2024.

9. Online journal

We reaffirm the decision to continue the current discussion on Palestine and call on all organizations to participate in the second issue of the online newspaper.

10. Work concerning the NATO summit 2026 in Turkey

ICOR will organize an anti-imperialist campaign of support for the struggling forces in Turkey on the occasion of the NATO summit in Turkey in 2026.

11. New members

The World Conference admits three new member organizations from Asia.

In accordance with ICOR's fundamental documents, the current list of members is adjusted to reflect reality.
