Recognizing the revolutionary potential and role of youth in the various struggles of the African masses;

Noting that the crisis of unemployment, poverty, alcoholism, drug abuse and crime which are manifestation of capitalism affect young people disproportionately;

Further noting that youth must play an important revolutionary role in the African continent by joining revolutionary parties;

And noting the need for creating linkages between youth leagues of ICOR Africa member parties,

The ICOR Africa Conference resolves to:

1. Establish ICOR Africa Youth Forum.

2. Ensure youth leagues of ICOR Africa member parties are mentored and supported by their political parties.

3. Organize the first ICOR Africa youth conference and guarantee the participation of the representatives of youth leagues in all ICOR Africa conferences and events.
