The situation in the world creates very big new challenges for the Marxist-Leninist/communist parties of the world. While the imperialist world system only exists in form of crises and wars the masses do not want to go down in imperialist Barbary and the revolutionary productive forces are pushing to break the chains of the imperialist world system. More and more the masses criticizes the conditions, the governments, and the reckless exploitation in the factories, but a real societal alternative does not seem possible for the working class and the broad masses of the world. In Africa the situation is getting worse and worse for the workers and the broad masses , who are suffering from unemployment, wars, civil wars ,forced migration, poverty and environmental catastrophe.

Only strong, deeply rooted Marxist-Leninist/communist parties will convince and lead them goal-oriented, in order to overcome imperialism under the guidance of the working class and to build up socialism and communism. In this future-oriented movement, ICOR is one of the biggest achievements of the international revolutionary and working class movement. Its strengthening is more necessary than ever.

That’s why we will use our collaboration in Africa even more intense than we did so far:

• For the exchange of experiences in party building: our theoretical work, our rank-and-file work with peasants, our women work, our youth work, our international collaboration …

• For winning workers as the leading force in party building and the revolution – without theme there is neither a revolution nor stable parties with a proletarian character

• For the training and education of the youth, because it is about their future

• For the participation of ICOR member organizations their days of action like the ones against imperialist wars, the resolutions and the monthly use of the ICOR-Website with contributions about our work and the ideological-political debates, what we barely did so far.

A special emphasis is on extending and strengthening ICOR in Africa:

• We will talk to all organizations known to us about ICOR membership, convince them of the documents, statutes and principles of ICOR and win them for practical cooperation and coordination.

• Broadly mobilize them to Lenin-Seminar!

• Lets create the financial resources for the extension of our work with a lot of creativity and according to our specific potentials!

• Let’s intensify our collaboration in the continent and with the other organizations also inbetween the continental conferences.
